My Privacy is very important to me. Does PA on Call have a confidentiality agreement?

PA on Call takes the privacy of our clients very seriously and requires that all our PAs sign a confidentiality agreement. We can provide a copy of the PA’s confidentiality agreement to a hiring client prior to the reservation date upon request. How does a PA pay for my personal items?

The best and easiest method we recommend is that you provide PAs with cash for the store/organization where the errand will take place in the exact amount of the bill if you already know it (such as grocery shopping or picking up dry cleaning). At the completion of the reservation, PAs will provide you with receipt(s) and any change if the amount you gave exceeded the cost.

If you would like the PA to pay with a credit card, please check the authorization rules of your credit card provider before asking a PA to utilize a credit card.

Giving out your pin number to anyone is not recommended, so we strongly suggest that you do not provide assistants with your debit card and pin to make purchases. If you do choose to use this method, we will not be liable for losses and mishaps that happen as result.

PAs are not required to pay for any purchases for which you have not supplied them with a method of payment.

If you do need a PA to pay for a purchase out of pocket, you must include that information in your reservation details when you book your appointment. PA on Call will bill the purchase amount and a purchase service fee to your account. The out of pocket amount cannot exceed $100.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel your services or reschedule at anytime. We understand that things do come up and are flexible to meet your needs. Please give us a call or send us an email to reschedule or cancel a previously booked appointment or service.

Can I hire a VA/PA full time?

Due to the fact that we love our staff and would like to keep them on hand, we recommend that you contact us to find out our monthly retainer rates, which ensures that you work with the same staff at all times on all your assignments and not incur the cost of a full time hire. Our retainer packages are extremely reasonably based on the amount of hours you will need your PA/VA for each month.

However, if there is a staff member you would love to hire on, please let us know and we will let you negotiate with the staff member directly. We do not charge a placement fee which also saves you in the long run.

Are there any tasks that a PA/VA with not help with?
